Fluid beds offer the best thermal efficiency for almost any drying and/or cooling application. A single unit can be divided in zones for consecutive drying and cooling in an all-in-one solution, greatly reducing the whole process chain to a small footprint.

The gentle action of the vibration prevents product degradation and creates uniform processing conditions. And totally adjustable retention time, temperature and airflow allow to vary finished product conditions when switching productions on a single unit.

Vibrating conveyors offer an efficient and economical way of gently moving bulk material, and can be custom engineered to handle everything from light and fragile to heavy and abrasive.

Carrier is the pioneer in using natural frequency as a “drive component” for vibrating equipment: the drive is tuned in resonance with the spring system supporting the conveying pan. Once in motion, the drive energy is “stored” and released by the springs, keeping the conveyor in constant movement, highly reducing power consumption. The springs are evenly distributed along the conveyor to prevent stress and breakage.

Spiral elevators convey bulk material upwards to accommodate with space constraints and production line arrangement, but they are also used to process the product during the conveying.

Holes can be incorporated into the spiral tower to force air out and across the product, and jacketed flights can provide indirect heat transfer with steam, oil or water.

Carrier spiral elevators are available in large sizes (more than 3m diameter and 15m height), for light or heavy duty, high temperature, sanitary design, and can be enclosed to protect the product environment or provide operator safety.

Retention time can be adjustable to control even further the finished product conditions.
