AIR SLIDES BKAS

Air slides are the most economical way of conveying powders. Air slide is designed for transport fluidized material taking advantage of its variable properties while in that condition. The most common application of air slides is conveying at a declination of 5-15°, the angle depends on the type of transported material. The efficiency depends on the transported material, air slide declination angle and the aeration fabric. Air slides are most often used over the length up to a few hundred meters.

Advantages of our air slides:

• low maintenance costs as there are no rotating parts that come in contact with the materials conveyed
• minimum renovation cost (requires only replacement of the fabric)
• high energy save per unit of transported material
• low investment cost

BELT CONVEYORS

Belt conveyors are widely used for conveying of bulk materials. They enable horizontal transportation of the material for distances ranging from few to thousands of meters. Our belt conveyors are individually designed for conveyed material, based on specialised simulations of bulk and powders flow. Our solutions are dedicated for continuous work, equipped with SEW or Nord gearmotors, rotary sensors, cord and emergency switches. All pulleys are balanced before shipment.

Options:

• devices operating in Atex zones 21 and 22
• incline or vertical belt conveyors designed to operate at angle 30-60 degrees, with a specially designed pocket belt

BUCKET ELEVATORS BKBE

Centrifugal bucket elevator is designed for continuous vertical transportation of bulk and powder materials. It is highly economical and easy to operate. The design of our devices is additionally supported with simulation of the realistic performance conditions by using the method of discrete elements (DEM). We are one of the few European companies that implements this research method for bulk and powders with great success.

Advantages of our elevators:

•      greater efficiency by adjusting the speed, shape, buckets and drums diameter
•      dust free solution thanks to building of return drum bearings within the shaft
•      head adapted to the shape of the material stream, reducing wearing
•      lack of belt extension due to special wire ropes belt

Our bucket elevators are also available  for Atex zones.

PNUEMATIC CONVEYORS

We design and produce pneumatic conveying devices both dense and dilute phase. We complete set of blowers, compressors, pumps and dehumidifiers. We produce injectors, nozzles, pipelines and fittings. Every installation is individually designed, taking into account required capacity, way of conveying and transported material.

SCREW CONVEYORS

Screw conveyors are designed for conveying of dust, loose and small piece material. They can receive transported material or discharge it from hoppers, discharge containers, containers or conveyors. Screw conveyors are manufactured in two basic versions: trough and pipe. In reverse version screw conveyor enables transportation of a material in both directions. We also manufacture innovative vertical conveyors with high efficiency and low energy requirements.
Our solutions are based on the results of simulation the actual behavior of the bulk material and solid discrete element method (DEM). We are one of the few European companies that use options in the design of DEM.
