FFS – form fill seal machines

The FFS packaging system in the PERFORMANCE series is currently one of the most advanced and versatile packaging machines of its kind. In addition, it can be individually adapted to meet your requirements thanks to its compact, modular design.

Capacity of the Performance 800:

• up to 800 bags per hour with a net weigher upstream of the FFS machine

or

• up to 500 bags per hour in the gross version (integrated scales).

Rotations FFS Maschinen

Die WEBER Rotations-FFS Maschinen sind speziell für Absackung von sich stark mit Luft anreichernden Produkten wie z.B. Baustoffe, Zement, Pulver, etc. konzipiert.
Je nach Anzahl der Abfüllstutzen kann derzeit eine Durchsatzleistung von bis zu 1200 Säcken/h erreicht werden.

Aufgrund des innovativen Maschinendesigns sind Energieverbrauch und Staubemissionen auf ein Minimum reduziert.

Weber filling systems for large bags

WEBER filling system for large bags can be used for all kinds of solids, such as powders, granulates, pellets, flakes or tablets. The kinds of bulk materials that can be handled range from the abrasive, highly dusty, fluidising or free flowing, to those with added molasses – to name but a few.

Our large bag filling systems reliably and efficiently fill Big-Bags, octabins, containers and drums. Along with our scales and weighing electronics, they are developed and manufactured in-house, guaranteeing you optimum interaction between system components.
The modular design of the components allows flexible system configurations that can be adapted to meet your specific spatial requirements.

WEBER Open mouth filling systems

The proven, high performance OFS series is designed for fill weights of 10 kg to 35 kg per bag and can achieve rates of up to 800 bags per hour. All prefabricated open mouth bags made from paper, PE, PP or combined materials can be used.

The universal bagging system securely and reliably handles all common types of bags, such as flat bottom, cross bottom, block bottom and side folded bags.

The application range covers powders and granulates through to pellets from the food processing, animal feed and chemical industries. The OFS bagging system can also pack seeds, building materials and wood pellets efficiently. This versatile packaging system is capable of handling very diverse kinds of bagged goods, such as free flowing, bridging, fluidising, abrasive, highly dusty and hygroscopic bulk materials, to name but a few.

The WEBER valve bag filling machine is a well engineered and firmly established product that has proven its worth over many years of use. It is designed for rates of up to 400 bags per hour and per spout. Depending on the capacity required, up to 4 spouts can be arranged next to one another in parallel.

As an option, the bags can be tightly sealed by ultrasonic welding directly after filling. All valve bags made from paper, PE or combined materials can be used. Numerous proven solutions and options are available for products that are particularly difficult to handle.
