Rotary airlock & feeders RL series valves is a Simple, Stable, Elegant & Plug “N” Play Rotary Airlock & Feeders RL Series Valves are the embodiment of Anval’s Simple design solutions, offering low maintenance and off the shelf airlocks for wide range of dust collection applications.

RL Series airlock & feeders valves are cost-effective and robust in design. The airlock & feeders valves are available in opening sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm with Universal Flanges to suite both Square and Circular mating flanges.

The “labyrinth seals” ensures perfect sealing of rotating shaft thus ensures zero leakage through shaft ends. These labyrinth seals even effective with highly abrasive products and also when there is high pressure across the system. This “single piece” cast design has all of the advantages of Cast Iron over traditional mild steel including superior corrosion resistance, better wear properties and thermal stability. RL Series airlock & feeders valves can handle a maximum capacity of 33.6 m³/hr.

Our Rotary Valves RS Series come with mirror finish internals ideal for Sticky, Cloggy, Hygroscopic applications and also available in compliant with the requirement of ATEX Directive.

These Rotary Valves are CE marked and designed in compliance with the provisions of all applicable Health & Safety Requirements across the globe. The RS Series Rotary Valves , rotors are perfectly designed and manufactured to have a close radial and axial clearance of 0.20 mm (max.) The RE Series Easy Clean Rotary airlock permit Safe & Tool-less removal of the internal components as one single piece for quick and easy cleaning. This eliminates time-consuming steps during opening and reassembly of internals instead of spending a long maintenance time. Upon reassembly, the Rotor and engages automatically without any complex adjustments and it maintains the original clearance values.

Hygienic Corrosion Resistant Blow Through Valves Toughest for Pneumatic Conveying Applications in Food, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemical Industries BS Series Blow Through Valves are complete Cast Stainless Steel construction, by Lost-wax process, with internal surfaces machined to high precision, ideally suited for pneumatic conveying applications of Chemical, Polymers, Animal Feed, Metallurgy, Flour-mills and other Food & Pharmaceutical industries. Zellenradschleusen der RSC-Serie bestehen aus einer kompletten Gusskonstruktion mit hochpräzise bearbeiteten Innenflächen und eignen sich ideal für Tierabfälle, Ton, Stärke, Wirkstoffe, Düngemittel, Zellstoff, Fasern, Schlamm, Salz usw. Die Selbstreinigungsfunktion ist das Ergebnis des Abstreifens des Sekundärrotors, der die Taschen des Primärrotors mechanisch entleert, sodass die Bewegungen des Sekundär- und Primärrotors synchronisiert sind.

Ein Getriebemotor treibt den Primärrotor über die Welle an. Der Sekundärrotor treibt über ein synchronisiertes Kettengetriebe die Wischwirkung auf den Primärrotor an und fördert so den Materialfluss, wodurch die Betriebseffizienz durch einen gleichmäßigeren Materialfluss und eine Reduzierung der Ausfallzeiten erhöht wird. Die „Labyrinthdichtungen“ sorgen für eine perfekte Abdichtung der rotierenden Welle und stellen somit sicher, dass keine Leckage an den Wellenenden auftritt. Diese Labyrinthdichtungen sind selbst bei stark abrasiven Produkten und auch bei hohem Druck im gesamten System wirksam. Selbstreinigende Zellenradschleusen der RSC-Serie sind perfekt konstruiert und hergestellt, um einen engen radialen und axialen Abstand für eine hervorragende Luftsperrfunktion zu haben. Der Primärrotor ist standardmäßig in Wellenform ausgeführt. Diese Ventilesind CE-gekennzeichnet und in Übereinstimmung mit den Bestimmungen aller geltenden Anforderungen der Maschinenrichtlinie konstruiert.
