Our flat bags are made from our Flecofilm in clean room class ISO 7, which was specially developed for applications in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as fine chemicals, food and cosmetics. Our Flecobag cleanroom bags are therefore ideal for use as primary or secondary packaging. They are used for filling solid or semi-solid substances such as API, granules, tablets, capsules as well as for medical items such as cartridges, filters and hoses etc.

Continuous liners are used in the filling of highly toxic products, which consist of 20 to 50 meters long, specially made and folded film tubes. The Flecoliners can be used both for filling complete batches and for filling small containers, thus protecting the product from cross-contamination and the employee from contact with dust.

When developing the Flecotec isolators, Rommelag Flex gave top priority to easy handling, high work safety and universal usability. The isolators are available in two different versions and can also be custom-made. The flexible system meets all the requirements of containment level OEB 5 for highly toxic products.

The Flecotec system includes a novel charging and discharging process for powders, granules and tablets, using the Flecozip closures as a secondary interface. The unique system has been proven to perform in the OEB 5 range. With the careful application of a Flecozip-Adapter, the Material Transfer System may be used for as many as 15 cycles. 

With the vacuum bag application, you can now safely discharge tablets from the pressurized processes into flexible vacuum containers. Whether standardized sizes or custom-fitted products, the vacuum bag application ensures the right connection for safe and contained transport between the tablet press and further processing units.
