The cornerstone of the Ezi-Dock™ High Containment solution is the Ezi-Flow™ CSV High Containment Transfer System. Available in campaign-use and single-use formats and 4 and 6-inch full bore connections.

The Ezi-Flow CSV breaks the mould, providing superb levels of containment at a greatly reduced cost.

Flexible Connector Chutes

Ezi-Dock Systems is able to supply several formats of Connector or Adapter Chutes suitable for use with our Ezi-Flow CSV4 and CSV6 contained transfer systems when used in conjunction with either 4 inch or 6 inch stainless steel or HDPE bottles.

Ezi-Flow Flexible Connector Chutes are supplied as standard with a replacement Tri-Clamp Gasket, Bag gripper and individual ID tag, and are also available with a replacement USP Class 7 Tri-Clamp from our own range of high quality Clamps and Gaskets.

4 inch and 6 inch HDPE Process Bottles from 15 – 40 litres can also be supplied with a matching Flexible Connector Chute and appropriate ancillaries. Scroll down for available specifications.

Liquid Addition Chargebags

Ezi-Dock’s FDA / EU Compliant Single-Use Pharma Chargebags provide the ultimate in convenience and cost-effectiveness and their double wall construction reduces the risk of pinholing and adds useful strength when dealing with heavy SBV passives.

Manufactured from USP/EU Pharmacopeia Compliant LDPE with a permanent non migrating Anti-Static additive, and available in a wide range of standard sizes with a choice of 2, 4 or 6 inch Tri-Clamp connectors and blanking caps
