Our devices are used mainly in the (petro) chemical industry, for example to safeguard loading and unloading of inflammable liquids or bulk solids, or to control access to restricted areas.

Our ATEX-certified Grounding Control Devices for e.g. trucks, barrels and big bags (FIBC) establish and continuously monitor a high-quality grounding connection. If a dangerous situation occurs, they can signal it and interlock the filling/ emptying processes via their control outputs in order to prevent explosions due to electrostatic charges.

Our simple and unmonitored TIMM Bite grounding cables and clamps are highly durable and developed for use in very harsh environmental conditions. Due to their strong grip and sharp grounding teeth, they reliably penetrate dirt and coatings and therefore ensure a dissipative grounding connection.

Our marine grounding system SEK-3 establishes a very low-ohmic potential equalization connection between ship and shore to prevent sudden and uncontrolled sparks discharges at connections points like loading hoases and loading arms. It is therefore an additional safety barrier during loading and unloading processes and conform with international standards like ISGOTT/ISGINTT.

Besides our products for grounding applications, we offer a overfill prevention controller for bottom-loading trucks as well as an explosion-proof access control system with RFID-technology, which both are longtime tested for reliability and easy handling in a variety of internationals applications.

Our Intelligent Explosion Protection Concept (IEPC) enables you to put TIMM devices into operation and also maintain them very easily, while still adhering to highest safety standards. This is one of the reasons why we are considered the technological leader in our area of business.
