Automatic Hood Stretch Machine (HSA-Vario/HSA-Vario D)

The automatic hood stretch technology (HSA-Vario/HSA-Vario D) by Möllers uses the high restoring forces of the film to firmly and securely connect pallet and load. As HSA-Vario D, the machines can apply two different film types in automatic changeover.

Optional additional functions for this – fully automated film changeover and the patented film end ejection device – provide the highest level of functional reliability. The stretch technology used also provides a flat film top, an absolutely tight film top seam, and uniform film stretch on all four sides.

This ensures resource-saving transport securing and material use.

Where goods have hardly any inherent stability, Möllers shrink wrapping systems offer a safe solution for securing pallets - always with the secure connection of the pallet to the load in the foreground. The Möllers machine program includes both FSA film sleeve wrapping machines with separate shrink frames and combined film wrapping and shrink wrapping machines (FSA-Combi) with electric heating. On lines with two film systems, the film format can be changed from pallet to pallet.
