PLS layer palletizers - for the chemical & petrochemical as well as building materials-industry (PLS-C/PLS-B)

Möllers layer palletizers provide variable, efficient responses for any product characteristics and operating conditions and can be switched to different product formats and pallets. With a multitude of parallel movements, they create homogeneous, sensitive sequences in order to handle the packaged product precisely and not unnecessarily stress it, even under maximum performance.

The four-sided layer forming, the divided sliding plate, the low deposit height and the upper pressure plate on the PLS decide on the perfect stack during palletizing.

Thanks to optionally ventilated loading slides on the PLS-C, bag layers can be perfectly positioned - the coefficient of friction is reduced. Möllers Packaging Technology thus responds to climatic conditions and always ensures consistently high stack quality.

The PLS-C layer palletizer is a specialist for the chemical and petrochemical industries, the fertilizer industry, and bulk materials in the food industry. It can palletize up to 3000 bags/hour.

The PLS-B proven high performance palletizer is perfectly adapted to the enormous challenges of the building materials industry; with throughput rates from 1200 to a maximum of 3000, 4000 and 5000 bags/hour, depending on the layer pattern applied.
