Two counter-rotating unbalance motors generate a linear motion that transports the material on the screen. The additional direct excitation of the screen cloth prevents clogging of the screen meshes by plugged grain.
This drive-excitation combination allows difficult-to-screen material, which normally cannot be classified on linear vibrating screens, to be screened precisely and with high throughput. In the ultra-fine to fine particle range, the RHEsonox high-efficiency screen produces significantly better separation results than a conventional vibrating screen. In addition, the operating principle enables a low overall height.
