Big Bag Discharge Stations

Polimak’s big bag discharge stations, also referred to as bulk bag unloaders, are designed and built to maximize the big bag unloading operation efficiency. Our bulk bag unloaders, allow for a controlled discharge of dry bulk materials into downstream equipment within a process line. These big bag discharge stations are robustly built so as to handle different types of big bags.

Our big bag discharge stations are available in numerous frame configurations. The discharger with a bag lifting frame for forklift loading and unloading of big bags and the discharger with a cantilevered I-beam, electric hoist and trolley for loading and unloading of big bags (without a forklift) are the two most commonly used discharge stations. Other big bag discharge station configurations include open top big bag discharge station etc. The correct customization to meet our customer’s precise demand is ensured by the availability of multiple models and options.

Upon request, the system can be configured with load cells in order to make it possible to see the actual weight of the big bag at the start and the weight of the product transferred and/or dosed to a downstream system.
