Mobile Bulk Truck Loaders

Polimak mobile bulk truck loaders offer an effective and efficient method of loading dry bulk materials into open or enclosed dry bulk solids carriers (bulk trucks). Bulk trucks are used to transport large amounts of dry bulk solids. Stationary or mobile bulk truck loaders are used to load bulk solids from big bags, stockpiles, and other relevant sources into bulk trucks. Stationary bulk loading stations are frequently not sufficient due to logistic challenges within an operating plant. Polimak mobile bulk truck loaders are a go-to choice to address such challenges.

Our mobile bulk truck loaders are generally used to automatically dust-free load dry bulk materials from big bags (FIBC), stockpiles and other places into bulk trucks like tanker trucks, tipper trucks etc. We offer three distinct variations of mobile bulk truck loaders; (i)mobile big bag discharging and bulk truck loading system used to effectively discharge dry bulk materials from big bags and load them into tanker trucks, (ii)mobile truck loading with front end loader hopper system utilized to effectively dump bulk materials by a wheel loader and fill open trucks, and (iii)mobile truck loading with vacuum system used to efficiently convey dry bulks solids from a specific source e.g., stockpile to a bulk truck.
