LINCE is the new generation of depalletizer with integrated automatic 25-kg bag splitter. Perfect solution to automatically load granule polymers in 25-kg bags in full pallets into silo or other storage containers, or directly to feed processing machines. Capacity of 350-450 bag/h in standard version, up to 600 bag/h with automatic pallet feeder.

Main features:

• Pallet lifter with mobile basement on guides with bearings, driven by transmission with gear motor with special toothed belts that do not require maintenance, and controlled by inverter. Mechanical braking system. Safety sensors along the entrance portal.
• Pneumatic-mechanical gripping system, with patented claws, taking a layer of bags at a time, installed on a sliding trolley mounted on suitable guides.
• Cutting unit with rotating blades made of special steel, with diamond knife edge, driven by electric motors with gearbox.
• System for shaking cut bags by special vibrating grid operated by motor-vibrator.
• Collecting granules painted steel hopper, placed underneath the vibrating system grid, with free material outlet designed for installation of different material suction/collecting devices.
• Hopper fitted with max material level sensor to stop the bag splitting at full level.
• Automatic expulsion of empty bags by dedicated mechanical bag ejector device, pushing the empty bags directly on the rear side of the machine through a funnel.
• Control system by PLC with touch screen graphic panel that allows the management of the entire system, constantly monitoring the operating status, the alarms, the diagnostic, viewing dedicated pages of historical production such as number of emptied bags, by date, by type of material, etc.
• Perimeter security protections, with accesses equipped with safety devices.
• CE Standards.

DEPALLETIZER WITH INTEGRATED AUTOMATIC BAG SPLITTER, SSAL SERIES

LINCE SSAL is the latest series of automatic depalletizer with integrated 25-kg bag splitter, suitable for reduced capacities of 120/200 bags/h. In the LIGHT version, the full pallet can be introduced, in the dedicated closed room with front hinged gate with safety device, by hand pallet truck.

• Pallet closed room, with opening gate fitted with safety closing devices and side protections.
• Vertical moving plate fitted with pneumatic-mechanical gripping hooks, to take a layer of bags at a time.
• Trolley on suitable guides where to lock the plate with hooks, once it is lifted up, to horizontally slide over knifes and hopper.
• Cutting unit with rotating blades made of special steel, with diamond knife edge, driven by electric motors with gearbox.
• Granules collecting painted steel hopper, with grid.
• Cut-bags shaking system with special vibrating grid operated by motor-vibrator.
