Optimal performance of a screening machine requires a well-tensioned screen frame. Based on its long-standing experience in screen technology, BÜCKMANN supplies high-quality screen frames equipped with individually selected screen fabrics.
Besides complete, newly manufactured screen frames according to customer’s specifications, BÜCKMANN also offers re-tensioning.
The comprehensive range of services includes overhauling of defective screens and delivery to the customer on schedule in near mint condition.

Various screen frames and diverse accessories all around the screening machine can be delivered from stock. A well assorted range of screen fabrics made of metal, synthetic materials, and natural silk enables BÜCKMANN to ensure even short-term delivery according to customer’s requirements.

BÜCKMANN services are not only limited to delivering the screen frame. Personal on-site consulting or screening tests in the BÜCKMANN Technical Centre assist the customer in finding the appropriate solution.

Thanks to a competence network having been established over many years BÜCKMANN is able to deliver the required spare and wear parts for many screening machines. According to prior agreement BÜCKMANN will take over the installation of spare and wear parts or the maintenance of the screening machine in regular intervals at customer’s premises.
