BELT CONVEYORS

Belt conveyors are widely used for conveying of bulk materials. They enable horizontal transportation of the material for distances ranging from few to thousands of meters. Our belt conveyors are individually designed for conveyed material, based on specialised simulations of bulk and powders flow. Our solutions are dedicated for continuous work, equipped with SEW or Nord gearmotors, rotary sensors, cord and emergency switches. All pulleys are balanced before shipment.

Options:

  • devices operating in Atex zones 21 and 22
  • incline or vertical belt conveyors designed to operate at angle 30-60 degrees, with a specially designed pocket belt
