Smoke, mist or cooling lubricants – For emissions that are hazardous to health, a precise extraction system is recommended.However, the reality in many companies and working environments is that direct extraction is simply not possible due to the process or for reasons of space. The ambient air drawn in at the top of the unit is filtered safely, economically and in a microbiologically inactive manner using high class filter pockets. The second filter stage located in the four discharge openings helps to ensure that the temperature-adjusted air is distributed evenly and stops dust from entering the device when it is inactive.

The Airtower Climate 360M is equipped with four large heat exchangers. These can all be controlled separately and their discharge temperature individually adjusted. That includes unbeatable values in terms of cooling and air discharge speed. If your staff feel too cool, they can switch the discharge opening facing them to air circulation.

An all-around efficient setup

The AIRTOWER compact operates with a one- to four-stage filter process. In the first filter pocket, the intake room air is filtered safely, economically and microbiologically inactive. The second filter stage can be selected in various qualities to suit fumes, dusts and aerosols. In the case of welding fume applications, a metal mesh is placed upstream of it. Finally, the filter mats ensure draft-free recirculation of the cleaned air.

Equipped with an energy-efficient EC fan, the AIRTOWER compact can be operated with a nominal volume flow rate of 4,250 m³/h or 3,400 m³/h. If no installation space is available, the compact unit can also be mounted on the wall.

Mobile extraction – no problem

The AIRTOWER Go can circulate and remove the pollutants in air volumes between 5,000 m³/h and 10,000 m³/h. The integrated storage filter can hold up to 4.4 kg of dust. No tools are required to change the filter: in a few simple steps, it can be replaced with filter bags for oil mist or activated charcoal cartridges to remove odours. The AIRTOWER Go can optionally be equipped with a downstream safety filter. 

Its low height, heavy-duty castors and handle on all sides make the AIRTOWER Go easy to handle and allow it to be positioned individually. A collision guard can also be added.
