For operation in locations where no electricity is available. For joining geotextile support fabrics at construction sites, for closing bags made of paper, jute, cotton and plastic, in agricultural areas, areas endangered by floods etc.

Powered by a 24 volt, 120 watt DC-motor. Power supply by lithium ion plug-in rechargeable battery at the motor. Stable structure. Production capability with fully charged batteries approx. 600 - 800 bags, depending upon type of material, number of plies, stitch length and width of bags.

Sewing capacity, up to 9 mm or up to 24 plies of paper.

Capacity of the rechargeable battery 4.0Ah.

Battery charger primary 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz, secondary 14.4-18 V. Charging time max. 90 min.

For mounting an automatic bag closing machine of styles BC200/BCE300 or 80800.

Start-stop of sewing machine and thread chain respectively tape trimming automatically actuated by 2 photoelectric sensors, PLC controlled.

Range of height adjustment 750-1450 mm from lower edge of column to needle, 350 mm infinitely variable range by handle and 350 mm assembling range variable in seven steps of 50 mm each.

High Performance Automatic Bag Closing Machine. Sewing parts with special Ticarbo coating for a superior protection against corrosion. For closing filled bags with or without crepe paper tape.

Thread chain respectively crepe tape are automatically trimmed by an electro-pneumatically guillotine.

New modular bag in-feed device, PATENTED, for multiple applications with only one bag in-feed.

The paper or PE bag opening can either be trimmed approx. 20 mm (max. 90 mm) or fed into the sewing machine without trimming by disconnecting the knife block.

Add-ons as for example the crepe tape folder or knife block can be swung-out resp. disconnected. Extremely short set-up times. Rubber-coated conveying chains to protect the bag material, rust protected parts.

Max. capacity on the bag in-feed device 120 mm, standard 30-40 mm. Long version.

Bag-Closing unit for small bags

Our bag closing unit (KBVA) for small bags presents you with a variable solution for your packaging. No matter whether you increase or alter the quantity or variety. The highest flexibility and adaptability allows you to realize an automated system for closing bags of 0.5 - 12.5 kg bags without any restrictions. The maximum capacity is 200 bags for manual feeding and 400 bags for full automation, depending on bag size.

This consist of the following configuration:

The sewing column is the supporting structure and control unit for the sewing head and additional applications (bag feed-in device, guide rails etc.).

The two thread bag closing machine with combined top and bottom feed guarantees an even feed and constant stitch length even on difficult materials.
