How Centrifugal Sifters Works

Centrifugal Sifters are used to screen, separate and remove material of different sizes, at high rates and very efficiently. They are quiet in operation and contain the product whilst sieving, to avoid material emissions. 

Kemutec KEK Centrifugal Sifters are effective solutions for size classification as well as to de-risk a process, by screening materials and separating out contaminants. They may be referred to by some manufacturers as Rotary Sifters.

The materials processed by KEK Centrifugal machines range from dry powder through to other bulk solids. They are commonly used in Food Processing industries, such as Bakeries or in the Confectionary sectors, as well as Pharmaceuticals and Chemical processing.

The GKM Tumbler Screener is a type of flat deck screener, designed to separate, de-dust and control screen dry powders and granular materials gently and effectively.

The modular, multi-deck construction offers operational flexibility and enables up to 7 fractions to be separated simultaneously, from a mixture containing different particle sizes.
