The latest generation of dynamic image analyzers in the CAMSIZER series offers a groundbreaking innovation in particle characterization: a true three-dimensional measurement of the sample. The CAMSIZER 3D boasts a unique "particle tracking" function: the cameras capture several individual images of different orientations of the same particle as it moves through the measurement zone.

This technology ensures that the true size and shape values are recorded. Especially for the length measurement of stretched particles (e. g. extrudates) this is a decisive advantage compared to conventional 2D particle analysis, where the particles are captured in arbitrary orientation and do not show their "true" length.

Moreover, the 3D method offers significantly better accuracy for detecting defective or broken particles.

With the SYNC particle analyzer, Microtrac MRB integrates its highly accurate tri-laser diffraction analyzer technology with its versatile dynamic image analysis capability to provide particle characterization practitioners with a unique measuring experience. The patented synchronous measurement technology allows users to make both a laser diffraction measurement and an image analysis measurement on a single sample, in the same sample cell at the same time.
The SYNC laser diffraction particle size analyzer is ideally suited for routine QC applications. It also provides valuable information to researchers as they develop new materials and processes. The powerful analyzer software provides both particle size distribution information as well as a multitude of morphological particle parameters. The patented BLEND routine allows users to examine materials over a wide range of sizes from 0.01 microns to 4000 microns.

THE MOST FLEXIBLE DLS ANALYSIS
Microtrac MRB has taken an innovative approach to dynamic light scattering (DLS) by using a proprietary probe design to deliver and collect light.
Powered by Microtrac MRB’s enhanced dynamic light scattering technology, the NANOTRAC Flex is ideal for measuring particles across wide concentration ranges, using minimal sample volume. The external probe grants the flexibility to measure suspensions from sub-nanometer to several microns, in-situ or on a lab bench.

Microtrac MRB’s BELSORP MINI X shows outstanding features resulting into the world’s highest repeatability with significantly reduced measurement time. The instrument is equipped with up to 4 sample measurement ports and new high-throughput functions including
multi-device control.

Equipped with dedicated pressure sensors on each sample measuring port and a dedicated port for saturated vapor pressure, it enables completely
independent simultaneous measurements. In addition, the new measurement software improves user productivity by displaying the measurement progress, grasping the maintenance timing, and sending the measurement results via e-mail.
