Pergande Fine Particle Filters

Special Filters

Pergande equipment is extensively applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, where standard filtration equipment is not practical, feasible or applicable because of limitation with space, extreme pressure ratings, temperature ratings, and /or exposure to corrosive chemicals for instance.

Vapour Precipitators

The high performance vapor filters are a special development of the Pergande filter fabrication.

They are used in applications where dust must be separated out of hot vapors. The cleaning mechanism is integrated and heattraced in the head of these special filters in such a way that the clean gas temperature is accurately maintained at the level of the vapor temperature. Thus the vapor is maintained above the dew-point and wetted or clocking filter bags are avoided.
