XO Dry Measurement Particle Sizing
Designed to integrate quickly and easily into industrial processes, the XO range of dry powder particle size analysers work 24/7 automatically taking samples, measuring the particle size distribution 2000 times per second. It reports in real time to the process operators, or to the process control computers/plc in a fully closed loop turnkey soloution.
Xoptix have three standard modules to size particles from 0.5 to 220 microns with the XO01P, 1.2 to 550 microns with the XO02P and the XO03P caters for particles ranging from 2.5 to 1100 microns.
The unique automated cell clean system features sets our particle analyser apart from others in the industry. If the process flow cell windows become contaminated by the process, the auto cell clean quickly clears the window with no operator intervention to maximise uptime.
The Xoptix control system XOSC3X is recognised as being one of the best in the industry and is a standard package for each XO sizer unit. It’s LCD display gives real-time reporting of size and system data. Plus it’s easy to read so any variation in particle size can be spotted early and alarms can be activated. Front mounted flow meters to control sampling are simple to adjust and the whole unit can be linked and controlled by PC, laptop or tablet, for easy remote monitoring.
The small local display on the XO particle analyser provides quick on the spot information about the status of the process.
The very best laser technology and optics are incorporated into the design of the XO particle sizer, whilst the compact unit is the fraction of the cost of other sizers on the market. We also have a portable at-line particle sizing unit that weighs only 15kg with a rugged waterproof case, for even the most hostile conditions.
