Both series can be adapted to process requirements in mild steel, product-contact stainless steel or completely stainless steel.
The fans are aerodynamic integrated directly into the filter or directly attached. Depending on the application, different impeller types can be used.
The filter elements are arranged next to and above each other.
The filter bags are secure, but fixed on a front panel with easy-to-solve clamping elements. About the clean gas room with its large maintenance door, they can be easily installed and removed by a person.
The diaphragm valves and the compressed air tank are also easy to reach. Optionally, we offer the patented quick change system for filter bags, which achieves a time saving of 80%.
On request, the cleaning can also be controlled independent of the difference. This saves resources such as compressed air and reduces the burden on people and materials to a minimum.
Fluffy types of dust are easily separated
The distance between the filter bags is large. As a result, they do not influence each other during the cleaning process and even fluffy, structurally prone types of dust are separated.
Constructive explosion protection
The constructive explosion protection is precisely adapted to the requirements.
Case constructions up to a pred of 2.2bar are absolutely available. Pressure relief or suppression systems are installed directly.
Depending on the type of filter, the dust is discharged via dust bucket, sack sockets, rotary valves, screw blocks etc. It is also possible to choose between several single or one common dust funnel.
Depending on the task, bg filtration supplies the most diverse filter media. The predominantly used polyester needle felt is characterized by a very high degree of separation with optimum filter resistance. Its special fiber structure and air permeability guarantee reliable separation even in the grain size range of only 0.1 - 5 my.
The permissible maximum continuous temperature is + 150 ° C. Special needled felts also withstand up to + 240 ° C (Nomex), and can also be used for highly hygroscopic or sticky products.
