DSH is equipped with two, three or single agitating augers. The standard form is two dissymmetrical screw axes which can revolute along the container under the situation of rotating themselves. The materials move up and down, and inter-diffuse, convect with each other from full orientation space in the mixer.
- Conical container can meet the high requirement of non-leftover mixtures.
- Soft stirring speed and structure can minimize the effect of destruction to frangible material
- Electric saving: compared with other mixers under the same condition of capacity and timing, DSH electric spent ration is only 1/5~1/3
- In compare with the horizontal mixer under the same condition, it takes much longer time for mixing –up material.
The screw is rotating along the self-axe meanwhile revoluting along the central axes of conical container, so it also called planet conical mixer.
There are 4 working form in the cylinder:
- Rotation: raise material along the helical blades
- Revolution: bring the material to run in circle in the container
- Rotation combined with revolution can make material absorbed by screw and dispersed by centrifugal forces effect
- Upgraded material fall down because of gravity, the materials move up and down, and inter-diffuse, convect with each other from full orientation space in the mixer.
- The discharge device can be plum-blossom shape valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, side discharge and so on, according to the user’s requirement.
- There are inlet and observation window on the top cover, holes can be open as required for cleaning repair observation, the cover can be made into full open type with grid.
3. To realize the technical of drying, cooling and keeping warm, the mixer can be added a jacket structure out of the tank. Hot water or steam or industrial oil can circulate in the jacket. Liquid filling system can be installed at the top cover. The different material of the atomized spray nozzle can realize the injecting of acid or alkali liquid.
4. The tank and the agitator can be coated with other material like PE, PTFE, carbide, etc. to realize the resistance of wear-out, acid/alkali, or explosion
