LHY horizontal ribbon mixer is a new-type high efficiency machine, the shaft with two ribbons is driven by power supply.
1. The horizontal axes make the materials move up and down.
2. The out ribbon gathering the material from sides to center and the inner ribbon pushing the material from center to sides.
3. Every screw makes the materials do axial and radial movements, the materials do relative cyclical movement so to gain the intensive mixing ‘ends.
1. There are inlet holes on the top cover, windows can be open as required for cleaning、repair、observation at the side. The cover can be made into full open type with grid.
2. There are two forms of discharge, the open door at the bottom which can be driven by manual flap valve or pneumatic valve.
3. The ribbon blades can be changed into paddle, which can be used for granule or wet material.
4. To realize the technical of drying, cooling and keeping warm, the mixer can be added a jacket structure out of the tank. Hot water or steam or industrial oil can circulate in the jacket. Liquid filling system can be installed at the top cover. The different material of the atomized spray nozzle can realize the injecting of acid or alkali liquid.
