This machine uses blades that rotate at high speeds to create a powerful mixing force. The lower blade in the mixing tank suspends the bottom treatment (powder, slurry, etc.) up the barrel, the middle blade is fluidized, the top blade mixes, and the previous baffle is eliminated, allowing the material to be more efficiently mixed. The material is affected by the shear force, dispersed and mixed in a very short time, and reduces the influence on the morphology of the particles.
1. The joint part of the transmission main shaft and the bottom part of the barrel body is designed with a gas sealing mechanism. The upper seal is compressed air flushing, and the powder is insulated from entering the main shaft seal. The lower seal is used for lubrication and cooling of the heat-resistant grease seal.
2. The exhaust device is provided with a gas bag. After the mixing is completed, the powder on the outer surface of the filter is automatically cleaned under the action of the pulse valve.
3. The blade adopts three sets of multi-layer design. The upper layer tool is V-shaped, the middle layer is one-word type,and the lower layer tool has a large rounded
inclination design, which makes the material form a swirling motion when the material is mixed at high speed, and the material around the inner barrel moves upward along the barrel wall. The center material moves downwards, the mixing is sufficient, and the action time is short, forming a high-speed mixing.
4. The spindle drive adopts multiple XPC powerful narrow V-belts to transmit large torque. The driven pulley is supported by both ends. The spindle has good rigidity and small bending deformation, so that the vibration during operation is small and it is suitable for high-speed rotation.
5. The discharging device adopts anti-rotation cylinder, curved plug, bucket discharge barrel and linear guide slider mechanism.
