We offer 3 Ltr and 10 Ltr mixers as laboratory capacity. These mixers run on single phase power supply and comes with Maintenance friendly design. Our laboratory mixers DO NOT have any belt / chain or need for re lubrication; unlike to our competitor which is full of chains and moving parts.
Laboratory mixer comes with Rubber string attachment which makes it possible to use any smaller shape / size / material of mixing container. This further comes with removable tray below mixing drum, so any accidental seepage can be collected. Our mixer has HMI/PLC panel with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) as standard. You can vary speed infinitely within the speed range and set time, recipe also.
Most innovative feature of our mixer is, you can change the direction of rotation also. So, you can choose part of your mixing cycle with clockwise rotation and part in Anti clockwise rotation. Our mixer control panel helps to do this!
3D Mixing is an ideal concept for getting homogeneous powder mix in shortest possible time compared to the conventional blender. Irrespective of powder bulk density / shape or size difference; this mixer gives homogeneous results.
The best part of design is the mixing drum can be removable. So, the powder filled in sealed container is brought to the mixer and taken back after mixing. This avoids problem of cross contamination or cleaning when there is product change. The mixing drum can be Stainless steel, Glass, Aluminum, Poly Urethane, HDPE, Gun Metal etc.
Conventionally, homogeneous mix is produced from a double-cone or Y type geometry. These conventional blenders are typically rotating on one axis and so producing centrifugal force. This generates local particle heating, particle segregation and contributes to more time to reach homogeneity.
3D Shaker blenders are suitable for thorough blending of powdery material like dense powders, fragile solids, and abrasive materials etc. They are commonly used for making precise blends when trace components are present (<1%), or when ingredients are vastly dissimilar in size and density.
There is No rotating blade or agitator inside the mixer drum and so they are called zero shear force mixers. There is no particle shearing or breaking as there is no centrifugal force. This is not Rotation, its Inversion!
