Area of Application
The Stanelle JET-LOADER TYPE JBM 220 QUADRO is designed exclusively for the loading of silo vehicles and containers with dry, trickle-flowing bulk materials. The application area encompasses the mining-, chemical-and pharmaceutical industries - also in the explosion-proof range.
The loader discharge cone can be lowered onto the open vehicle dome opening by means of the electric control. After extension of the closure cone, the winch motor is switched off electrically. Loading can proceed. Overfilling of the silo compartment is prevented by the filling level indicator. After the end of the loading, the loader discharge opening is closed off with the closure cone before lift-off. Material trickling out and ingress of moisture is prevented.
Compact construction due to integrated winch motor with factory-set lift-limit switches. A slack-wire switch guided on a connector strip and the filling level indicator make possible short assembly times, every thing is well placed and operational safety. Square interior buckets, held apart via two strong supporting belts, protect the bellows against mechanical stress and center the bulk material stream. The hoisting lines placed between the bellows and the interior buckets stabilize the latter and assure maximum flexibility for the loading spout. The rubber coated discharge cone and the outside bellows guarantee highest safety for the dust feedback to the loader filter (optional). A closure cone, manufactured according to wear-reducing principles, closes the discharge cone and prevents bulk material trickling out as well as moisture and dirt ingress into the JET-loader. Additionally, a filling level control protects against wear.
Made in steel or stainless steel, lacquering hammer tone grey, or other finishes on request. Models available with filling level indicators, grounded bellows, stainless steel interior buckets as well as explosion-proof motors are all available from the multifaceted delivery program. According to the physical properties of the bulk materials various specific filling level indicators are employed.
