The vibrating fork versions from the Vibranivo® series provide solutions for a vast range of industries. As the certified construction of the Vibranivo® series carries the relevant approvals, the use of these forks is suitable for bulk applications around the world. Their certification also allows for safe installation in dust explosive atmospheres.
Special construction guarantees the forks complete dust resistance. Due to the various versions available and the modular structure within the Vibranivo® family, a number of different applications including even the most challenging conditions can be successfully dealt with - whether a high speed of material flow, limited space or high mechanical load.
The fork series offers extra reliable designs and also versions offering 2 levels adjustable sensitivity for very light powdery materials. Installation is therefore quick and easy.
Vibrating rod Mononivo® 4000
An all-rounder for all industries. Compact. Multifunctional
It has often been the case that a single rod probe, using the vibrating principle and having universal design capabilities, is required. This measurement principle has become well-established on the international market. Due to its high compatibility (even with the standard version), it is much favoured by plant operators.
Flexibility through compatibility
UWT has responded to the wishes of their customers with a new product series that uses this vibration measurement principle in the form of a single rod probe. The device called Mononivo® MN 4000 can be used in silos and tanks as a full, demand or empty detector. The unit is also suitable as an overfill detector within pipes and shafts and for all bulk materials. Electronically stimulated piezos cause the probe to vibrate. As soon as the sensor is covered with material, the vibration is dampened and the resulting electrical current change causes the output signal to switch.
Due to its compact construction including threads from 1" the sensor suitable for a wide variety of bulk applications all around the globe - no matter whether it is powdery material with strong caking properties or coarse-grained granulate. With the adjustable sensitivity, the device also handles light bulk solids from 20g/l.
