SINBRAN® filter elements are a combination of sintered, porous polyethylene and a laminated PTFE membrane and combine the strengths of membrane filtration with those of rigid body filtration.
Low emissions with high air permeability
During filtration, the dust is completely separated at the fine and homogeneous membrane surface. It does not enter the interior of the sintered body, cannot clog it and thus enables a low pressure loss.
Highest performance in the smallest of spaces
Due to the ePTFE membrane as separation medium and the simple geometric design, which fully participates in the filtration, even problematic dusts can be cleaned very well with little effort. SINBRAN® filter elements can therefore be subjected to significantly higher loads.
Simple cleaning and fast regeneration
In addition to the very good cleaning properties in operation, SINBRAN® filters can be almost completely regenerated by simple dry or wet cleaning.
Sinbran® filter elements do not use adhesives, additives, casting compounds or solvents. They consist only of polyethylene, stainless steel, silicone or EPDM seals and a laminated e-PTFE membrane. This also enables applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries or other sensitive areas.
Wide range of applications
In addition to industrial applications, SINBRAN® filter elements can also be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, in LABS-free applications and in antistatic environments. Mechanically reinforced elements are available for robust application environments. SINBRAN® filter elements can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Due to the modular design of the SINBRAN® filter elements, customer-specific solutions and special designs can be realized and compatibility with almost all filter systems can be achieved.
