These mobile devices are outstanding for direct extraction at processing machines, as an individual or multiple location solution for metal dust and shavings. Optionally, extraction hoods, extraction arms and smaller pipe systems can be attached.
The fourth-generation DUSTOMAT is suitable for extracting free-flowing and dry dusts and is distinguished by its more compact design. The new series combines compact dimensions, lower weight and, therefore, better mobility with very high extraction performance for its size class. The DUSTOMAT 4 series is available in two versions. The smaller DUSTOMAT 4-10 measures 56 x 34 x 58 inches (L x W x H), has 110 ft2 of filter area, and a maximum airflow volume of 1,200 cfm. The more powerful DUSTOMAT 4-24 is somewhat larger, at 64 x 34 x 66 inches (L x W x H), has 260 ft2 of filter area, and offers a maximum airflow volume of 2,000 cfm. The optimized airflow, which combines with the compact design to reduce internal pressure loss, also contributes to the performance improvement. Thanks to the reduced operating noise, the dust extractor can be set up in the immediate vicinity of the workplace. These devices are suitable for direct extraction at processing machines, as an individual or multiple location solution. Additionally, extraction hoods, extraction arms and smaller pipe systems can be attached for excellent flexibility of use. For filter cleaning, ESTA relies on the proven differential pressure controlled pulse-jet system. The new generation not only offers better performance, but the devices are also easier to operate and maintain. This is because the more ergonomic housing design now allows filter changes or work on the compressed air tank to be performed at standing height. Even the dust collection container has been redeveloped. It can be picked up easily by a lift truck or forklift and transported away.
The DUSTOMAT 4 series is also available in the eco+ version for maximum efficiency and safety.
The newly-developed ESTA EasyControl device control is used here. It offers power savings of up to 50 %.
