Furthermore GEL offers efficient systems for dosing applications directly from the FIBC, making the need to re-fill materials into intermediate containers a thing of the past.
Special technical features reduce or prevent cross contaminations after material change-overs, thus reducing any cleaning requirements to a minimum.

- batch size: 30 kg from up to 5 components
- capacity: 15 batches per hour
- powdery bulk materials, even with poor flowing characteristics,
- fibrous products,
- hygroscopic materials,
- materials tending to solidify during storage.
- Trials on our test equipment allow an early detection of unwanted influences for instance caused by filling levels inside the feeding vessels or due to solidification effects. Such negative influences can thus be considered and effectively counteracted already at the planning stage.
