Dealing with Food industry, our centrifuges are used for partial and controlled or maximum liquid extraction (water, oil, fat, juice, sugar….) resulting from the processing of food products. Depending on the required remaining moisture content, the fragility, the sensitivity and the volumes of processed products to be treated, our filtration and decanting have been specifically designed or/and manufactured for the food industry to answer to so different purposes : De-watering of whole or pre-cut fresh fruits and vegetables after washing, aromatic herbs prior to deep freezing, vegetables after blanching or before deep freezing, plant, fruit or vegetable seeds after washing or soaking or prior frying, food products used for delicatessen garnish, sea products (sea-weeds, fish meat and by products)... De-watering of starch, Extraction of tallow in the rendering industry, honey from honeycomb, excess oil from fried products (bread croutons, onions, green walnuts, bacon bits), sugar from crystallized fruits, vegetable oil from fruit seeds, juice or liquor from fruit skin or plants after maceration...Clarification of fruit or meat juices, animal fats, honey…Distilleries, sugar and oil industry laboratories…
