Bg filtration gmbh presents the new filter versions "Extra" and "Hygiene".

The different versions "Standard" - "Extra" - "Hygiene" are coordinated, whereby the design criteria for hygienic components according to EHEDG have already been implemented in the "Extra" version.
Special attention is paid to the good cleanability and the "captivation of all parts".

All versions are available in different materials and finishes.

Particularly noteworthy are the tool-free and quick change the filter elements and the possibility of pivoting or removable filter slot plate, which thus guarantees a large container opening for the cleaning process.

The Series 1 and 2 differ in that Series 1 consists of a single-chamber filter and Series 2 consists of multi-chamber filters.

He does not stir up dust with vague promises, but instead filters it reliably with tangible benefits for you:
Individual execution
The execution and the details are adapted to the customer requirements.

Materials:
Both series can be adapted to process requirements in mild steel, product-contact stainless steel or completely stainless steel.

Fans
The fans are aerodynamic integrated directly into the filter or directly attached. Depending on the application, different impeller types can be used.

Compact design
The filter elements are arranged next to and above each other.
 
Easy access
The filter bags are secure, but fixed on a front panel with easy-to-solve clamping elements. About the clean gas room with its large maintenance door, they can be easily installed and removed by a person.
 
The diaphragm valves and the compressed air tank are also easy to reach. Optionally, we offer the patented quick change system for filter bags, which achieves a time saving of 80%.

Economical
On request, the cleaning can also be controlled independent of the difference. This saves resources such as compressed air and reduces the burden on people and materials to a minimum.

Fluffy types of dust are easily separated
The distance between the filter bags is large. As a result, they do not influence each other during the cleaning process and even fluffy, structurally prone types of dust are separated.
 
Constructive explosion protection
The constructive explosion protection is precisely adapted to the requirements.
Case constructions up to a pred of 2.2bar are absolutely available. Pressure relief or suppression systems are installed directly.

Absolutely restrained
Depending on the type of filter, the dust is discharged via dust bucket, sack sockets, rotary valves, screw blocks etc. It is also possible to choose between several single or one common dust funnel.

Filter media
Depending on the task, bg filtration supplies the most diverse filter media. The predominantly used polyester needle felt is characterized by a very high degree of separation with optimum filter resistance. Its special fiber structure and air permeability guarantee reliable separation even in the grain size range of only 0.1 - 5 my.
The permissible maximum continuous temperature is + 150 ° C. Special needled felts also withstand up to + 240 ° C (Nomex), and can also be used for highly hygroscopic or sticky products.
Especially with our series 2 it is possible to extend the capacity modularly:
Standardized chambers and filter elements make it possible for you to install the system e.g. by a series of individual chambers, both in height and in width, can expand.
 

The R7 series rounds our product portfolio up.
Receiver and filter matched in one product. Due to the tangential entry of the product, the highest material flows can be gentle and dust-free.
Furthermore, the best possible pre-separation is achieved here.
The round shape is perfect for higher pressure conditions.
According to customer specifications, we adapt the filter to your required filling volume.
Due to the well-thought-out modular principle, the U / 3 series is used as a filter unit and can be easily replaced in case of replacement parts. The air outlet is located on the side walls.
Of course we can offer you the complete MSR technology.
As standard, the filter is set up on four feet, but can also be equipped with clamping claws if required, for customer-side support.

Our latest development is the integrated sump chute with a capacity of 1m3, which will be exhibited for the first time at the PowTech 2019.
The attached door switch and gas spring with safety ensure the highest level of safety for the employees.

Protective measures based on standards and guidelines
according to ATEX 2014/34 / EU and NFPA 68

Since the AERSTAR has no moving and detachable components in the raw gas space, an ATEX ZONE 20 can be declared there. Of course, all series of the AERSTARS with Pred. be equipped up to 2 bar absolute. The dedusting units can be individually equipped with reinforced filter housing, pressure relief element, rotary valves and different fans according to customer requirements.

In the event of an emergency, the pressure relief element ensures that the reduced explosion pressure can escape into the outside environment and the filter housing is not damaged. You can choose between a bust disc or a flameless valve.
The flameless valve is very well suited for filter systems standing in a hall.
If you prefer a burst disc, we can send you a burst channel, which leads the explosion pressure to the outside. This ensures the highest level of safety for man and machine. This, in turn, ensures that the system is ready for use as soon as possible in the worst case scenario.
