Batch Weigher DW- T - Gravimetric dosing system for fibrousfriction and mixing materials

The gravimetric batch weighers ofthe series DW-T are dosing systems especiallydeveloped for mixingand problem materials. Depending on theweighertype, the capacities are between 5g up to 5000g1)with 12weighments/min and an accuracy up to 0.05%. As conveying systems belts, vibration channels, vibration belts or screwconveyors are atyour disposal. All DW-Tdosing systems are low-wear and almost maintenance-free. The parts which come into contact with the product are easyto clean. The weighers are additionally provided with a dust protection. All dosing systems ofthe series DW-Tare also available as doubleweighing units DDW-T, i.e. one agitator drum charges twoweighers.

Funktion:
Theweighing material will betransported outofthe agitatordrum (option with level control) bya conveying system intothe weighing pan. Forthe use of belts or vibration channelswe recommend a screw conveyorand a twirling-stick.

The screw conveyor is mounted on the drum outlet and transportsthe material tothe dosing channel. Afterwardsthetwirling stick equalizes it homogeneouslyon the dosing channel. The reached constantflow of material on the dosing unit isthe basis forexactweighings. The material will be transported in two phases, rough and fine dosing. After reaching the given setweight, theweigherwaitsforan external command (e.g. ofa press ora packaging machine) which allowsthe discharge. A new weighing cyclefollows automatically.

Batch Weigher for smallest Weights DW 0.1 - Gravimetric dosing system for granulates and free flowing powder

The gravimetric batch weigherfor smallest quantities DW0.1 is a discontinuous dosing system for granulates, grinding materials and freeflowing powder of any kind.

The requirements of accuracy concerning dosing weighers are more and more important. The DW0.1 satisfies these high quality requirements. The high soluted electronicweighing obtains an accuracy up to 0.1% forweighing quantities between 0.5g up to 50g^{1) 2)}.

The compact batch weigher is built-up by a closed solid housing with a removable macrolon casing. Therefore an easy access forthe cleaning and maintenance work is guaranteed. This fact is an advantage if you want to change the product.

As conveying systems belts, vibration channels,vibration belts or screwconveyors are atyour disposal. All parts which come into contact with the product will be manufactured of V2A (material no.1.4301).

Dosing Weigher KDW 0.1 - Gravimetric dosing system for granulates and free flowing powder

The gravimetric dosing weigherfor smallest quantities KDW0.1 is a continuous dosing system for granulates and freeflowing powder.

The KDW0.1 satisfies high quality requirements. The throughput capacities are between 0.05kg/h up to 10kg/h¹⁾ with a convincing accuracy up to 0.1%.

This is based on the isolation of the weighing system (the weighing system is decoupled from the hopper) and the high soluted electronic weighing.

The closed housing is made of an aluminium profile framewith removable macrolon windows. Therefore an easy access forthe cleaning and maintenance work is guaranteed. All partswhich come into contact with the product are manufactured ofV2A (material no.1.4301). At the hopper and the material outlet installations for flange mountings are possible to admit the whole system with over-or low pressure.

Funktion:
The material will betransported out of the hopper (option with level control) by a conveying system in two phases, rough and fine dosing, into the weighing pan. Then it will be emptied in batchestothe conveying channel. The slightest deviation from the set weight will be registrated immediately by the dosing processor DPC 3000 and compensated in the same weighing cycle.

On the outputchannel the material will be equalized to guarantee a homogeneous outlet. As conveying systems belts, vibration channels or vibration belts are at your disposal.Especially for bad flowing materials we recommend the use of vibration belts.

The gravimetric dosing weighers ofthe series KDWare new developed continuous dosing systems for granulates, glass fibre and free flowing powder.

The throughput capacities are between 0.5kg/h up to 2000kg/h¹⁾with a convincing accuracy up to 0.05%. This is based on the isolation ofthe weighing system (the weighing system is decoupled from the hopper) and the high soluted electronic weighing.

All KDW dosing systems are low-wear and almost maintenance-free. The parts which come into contact with the product are easy to clean. This fact is an advantage if you want to change the product. If requested, all parts which come into contact with the product will be manufactured of V2A (material no.1.430¹⁾.

The material will betransported out of the hopper (optionwith level control) by a linear dosing unit in two phases, rough-and fine dosing, into the weighing pan. Then itwill be emptied in batchestothe conveying channel. The slightest deviation from the set weight will be registrated immediately by the dosing processor DPC 3000 and compensated in the same weighing cycle.

The conveying channel equalizes the single discharges and guarantees a homogeneous outlet. As conveying systems belts, vibration channels and vibration belts are at your disposal.

Especially for bad flowing materials we recommend the use of vibration belts.
