Color Service has designed and built an innovative and reliable system that guarantees 24/7 repeatability, traceability and accuracy of the dosing process for small chemicals for tire and rubber compounding.The functioning of the Color Service system is straightforward:

1.It forms automatically EVA bags from a tubular film roll, prints all information on the bag according to the recipe, barcodes and seals the bag horizontally avoiding a knot.

2.It weighs quickly, simultaneously and accurately all components (stocked in storage modules) into sealable EVA bags.

3.It discharges the sealed bags ready to be delivered to the mixer mezzanine or, alternatively, automatically to the mixers themselves.

4.All these operations and weight data are recorded by an intuitive, advanced management software. The customer obtains complete records and traceability of the dosing process for quality control, verification purposes and R&D. Our system can also interface with existing management systems for seamless reports, archives and functionality.

The benefits of the CS technology are significant. It allows consistent production and very precise recipe avoiding human error. The tolerances are extremely small, often beyond the existing requirements today. Consequently, the compounders/tire manufacturers are eligible for quality certifications and grading far beyond any existing system. The system creates a major manual labor saving and space reduction which results in an extremely fast ROI. One of the  main characteristics is the contemporary dispensing of all products at the same time, enabling a production rate of 2 bags per minute.

The combined BIG BAG allows the weighing of powdered and granulated products directly from the Big Bag or via a sack hopper.

Alternatively, directly into EVA bags, directly into movable mixing containers or customer-specific weighing containers can be dosed.

The product loading is monitored by the barcode, by checking the delivery container. The weighing is carried out fully automatically according to the recipes delivered manually or via interface. In addition to the conventional dosing screw, the vertical dosing head TDE can alternatively be selected as a dosing system. For the final identification of the weighed formula, a weighing label or an adhesive label can be printed out. Alternatively, it is also possible to track the weighing containers via RFID.

The modular concept of the system allows the expansion with additional Big Bag stations or bag tasks at any time.

The MAGROB system consists of a modular, built-in, automatic storage system into the product box barcode monitoring system. By networking with the recipe archive, the boxes are automatically transported to the weighing area. This minimizes transport and waiting times due to missing product at the weighing station.

The storage system can usually be combined with a PC. The weighing platform can be combined with the help of a weighing carrousel to optimize weighing cycles and to make the workstation more ergonomic.

The small component weighing system TRS is a dosing system for powder and granular components, which can be metered successively by means of a weighing machine into EVA bags or into customer-specific weighing containers. The product loading is barcode monitored, by vacuum suction in silos with internal dosing screw. The weighing is carried out fully automatically according to the recipes delivered manually or via interface. A weighing label or adhesive label enables identification of the weighing container.
