Fluidization cloth loosens up bulk solids and gets them flowing

Our fluidization cloth in its various versions assures outstanding fluidic behaviour of powder and granular materials, serving as a loosening and flow aid for bridge-forming, fine bulk solids in all types of silos.

The cloth is used as an acceleration aid in air slides and for silo discharge.

It can also be used as a transport aid for bulk solids in rising and falling pipelines.

Poreflo is a special composite cloth for fluidization. The surface of the cloth is very smooth, making it extremely resistant to abrasive media. It is suitable for use at high temperatures and in potentially explosive areas.

Spörl-SI - Wire meshes for sieving and sizing

Characteristics:
Spörl-SI wire meshes guarantee accuracy in sieving and sizing, excellent levels of efficiency, good product throughput and extended service life. They are used for their high performance properties: accuracy of weave, regularity, high stability , rigidity, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, resistance to moisture, no static loading and ease of fabrication (flat lying, no curl).

Stable composite wire cloths for ultra-fine filtration applications

We develop and produce composite cloth with ultra-fine filtration capabilities, combined with a robust cloth structure: best performance characteristics combined with optimum stability.

Topmesh 3-layer

Characteristics:
Three-layer filter medium combining one layer of filter cloth and a support layer of square weave mesh cloth for stability, sandwiching a connecting layer designed to increase the pressure load. Backwash capability and low flow resistance are retained, and separate support elements are generally no longer required. This means that Topmesh 3 Layer is easy to clean and ideal for CIP (Cleaning In Place) filters.

Applications:
recommended applications include all applications itemised for Topmesh 2 Layer, as well as stable vent filters, suction filter trays, spray driers, drying systems, baskets for cleaning systems and filter drums for cooling lubricant systems.
