ROS Ducting S.L.U.

ROS Ducting system called “MULTIFORM” is characterized to be modular with an easy and quick assembly. All pieces are finished with a lip and bead at either side that provide excellent roundness and rigidity, and manufactured in galvanized and stainless steel with a wide variety of diameters. Special designs are also available.

Pipes have a perfect interior smoothness and a total airtightness thanks to a longitudinal laser welding. They are manufactured in wide variety of diameters and lengths. Ideal to use in installations of dust extraction, exhaust air, low pressure conveying and ventilation.

Segmented bends are made by joining 15º segmental units with pull-rings. As segments may be rotated with respect to one another, this system provides total modularity and flexibility. They are manufactured in a wide variety of diameters and radiuses.

Assembly is quick and easy. Once fitted, the bend is robust, with excellent interior smoothness, making it ideal to use in installations of dust extraction, exhaust air, low pressure conveying and ventilation.

Forks 45º have a moderate dynamic head loss and a single fork slanted at the airflow direction. They are also manufactured in 90º and 30º with a wide combination of diameters. Ideal to use in installations of dust extraction, exhaust air, low pressure conveying and ventilation.

Throttle valves are flow regulation gates with a manual or automatic operating system. Automatic manipulation may be electrical or pneumatic with a regulation signal of 24 / 230 V, with or without an end of line signal, with simple or double effect, depending on the installation requirements. They are manufactured in a wide variety of diameters.

The technical characteristics of these parts make them ideal for the easy, quick and safe regulation of air flows, even remotely, in installations of dust extraction, exhaust air, low pressure conveying and ventilation.

Cleanign pipes have a manually operated inspection door with a dimension that matches the size of duct. They are easy and quick to manipulate, and specially designed for placing at points on the installation where blockages may occur or where air circulation needs to be checked.

These parts incorporate a caoutchouc rubber part between the body and the peep-hole to ensure proper sealing. Models in transparent plexiglas or junctions with blind peep-holes are also available.
