The gross sack filling and weighing machine B – SWA weighs the material to be filled in sacks/bags. Additionally the sack clamping unit has been constructed as a weighing machine. The advantage of this construction is the lower overall height and the possibility to use the weighing machine as a mobile system.

Medium-throughput, automatic, calibratable bagging weighers.

The material is first weighed inside the hopper scale and then transferred to the filling unit. The main benefit of this unit is the very fast cycle time with concurrent dosing and bagging operations.

• SWT calibratable bulk weigher for accurate measurement of free-flowing bulk material (i.e. cereals, corn, pellets etc…) at income, loading and production.
• Steel weighing bin with segmental gate closure operated by an electrical-pneumatic system for a rapid discharge.

Very efficient packaging solution for the filling of big bags and octabins in vertical/ standing position.

• Container size: Approx 1100x1100 mm big bags and octabins, 1200 - 2000 mm high
• Max capacity (tolerance): 1500 kg (500 g) or 3000 kg (1000 g)
• Metering unit: either sealed double-slide valves for smooth, accurate feeding of the required quantity of coarse or fine flows, or metering screw/pneumatic butterfly valve.
• Dust protection: The filling hose has a connector for in-house dust extractors.
