PTA was taken over by Otto Dilg GmbH Feinmechanik in 2006 in the course of succession regulations. Due to the constant growth, production capacities were expanded with the Neufahrn plant. The company is directed by Rüdiger Dilg and Helmut Kasian.

The unit fulfills the following suppositions:
The safety of the operating person in the cabine from substances, which are entrusted with the process, is ensured by a current vertical air flow with pure air.
Protection of the raw materials and intermediate products.
Protection of the operating area and of the surrounding against high efficient substances, which could leave the unit. By circulating air and paticle free part exhaust air you get the optimal precipitation of dust and gases.
Safe aquiring and precipitation of the created matters while operating.
GMP fair job conditions. Cabin, filterframe and prefilter grid are made out of stainless steel, material 1.4301.
Function: The units work with turbulence less stream displacement by vertical, laminar air flowwith a medium air speed of 4,5 m/s. The cabin works with a recirculating air system with approx. 10% discharged and fresh air. Because of the higher air speed on the bottom of the plant, the fresh proportion can be aspirated. this fresh air is aspirated by the prefilter of the ventilator together with the cabin air circulation and led to the main filter of the pres room. According to the aspirated fresh air from the front and sides, the part air quantity is discharged by the Hosch-Filter on the sides. the main air quantity flows through the filter of the cabin. Through the vertical air circulation the employees work in a particle free area, because produced particles are always led downwards.
The safety work bench runs basically with 70% of air circulation, which flows through the working area with poor turbulence stream displacement. The additionel 30% are aspirated by the aperture of the prelimary area. This air will be mixed with the circulating air by the discharged air filter and relaied back into the ambiance. The contaminated air of the surrounding area will be immediatley aspirated from above, so that the products will not get in contact with the contaminated air. Because of the vacuum on the inside harmful substances cannot leak into the surrounding area.
Micro-biological safety banks are used to protect the product from contaminations (ambiance and transverse contamination) and to protect the worker from the product (healthodversity).
