Check Weigher TC 8410:
The TC 8410 is a high-performance check weigher with a speed up to 450 weighings per minute. With a weighing range up to 500 g products can be checked very precisely for example tablet cartons for the pharmaceutical industry.

Check Weigher TC 8210 Tare-Gross Application:
Every single container is weighed before and after ?lling. A star wheel transports the container over two load cells to check the tare and gross weight. Invalid containers are rejected.

For powder, granules and small components

Except of a few parts, Model S 700 is exclusively made of stainless steel. Due to the single tray system, the unit is very compact, easy to maintain, operate and clean. An adaptive control algorithm controls the S 700´s vibrator tray. All parameters necessary for the weighing process are automatically calculated, monitored and adjusted, so only values for target weight, tolerance limits and output need to be entered. So it is only necessary to enter options for synchronisation include an external signal (e.g. from a form fill and sealing machine), manual input (e.g. foot switch) or internal trigger (e.g. conveyor with gating system for filling in plastic containers, cans or glasses).

Counting Machine Minicount:
The Minicount is an universal counting machine for all kinds and forms of tablets, capsules, dragées etc. without changing parts. The construction is based on pharmaceutical conditions and is easy to clean, because all contact parts can be removed tool-free.

The Minicount is controlled by a new processor application and has a touch screen control panel.

The basic unit is made of stainless steel and has an integrated processor control, a supply hopper, a twin count head, a 2 track vibratory feeder, a discharge funnel and a transparent dust cover.
 

Counting Machine Multicount MC60:

Using the latest technology, our brand new counting machine meets all requirements to count tablets, dragees and capsules. Our patented counting and dosing system allows outputs up to 60 dosings (100 counts) per counting head in an extraordinary compact device. The use of fewer and more light weight contact parts saves space in the production area and furthermore reduces cleaning time. The output can be increased by a factor of 2 to 3 by multiplying the number of counting heads.

Selfoptimising Control

The counting machine multicount60 controls the speed of the vibration feeder with a digital adaptive control algorithm. The parameters (fl ow behavior, speed of the vibration chute and counted quantity) are automatically calculated and permanently observed. The vibrating chute is automatically controlled, based on values for counted quantity and output. The speed is permanently monitored and revised.
To adjust the machine to a new product the operator only has to set the quantity, the size of the tablet and the output per minute – all internal adjustments

Object detection with camera system

The brand new object detection system is able to detect tablets which are not clearly separated one by one. This offers a huge advantage compared to conventional counting systems not only because miscounts are eliminated but also parameter adjustments are reduced dramatically.
