Measuring dust emission is important :

• To verify emission in environment and be sure to do not exceed
• limits imposed by law.
• To detect problems on dust collector like damages on filter elements.
• To improve the maintenance process of the filter. Measuring continuously dust emission indeed it is possible to forecast when is necessary to substitute filter elements.

1. The dust emission measuring system proposed by Autel are:

RP04 & SDM1: suitable for the detection of anomalies in the filter elements, it has a 4-20 mA output proportional to the emissions measurement, a scale of LEDs that provides an indication of the level of dust and generates an alarm if there is a puff of dust.

2. RP04 & GDM1 monitoring system : Patented solution that allows to monitor continuously and with reliance dust emission. This solution is thought to provide a continuous reading of dust emission level other that broken bags detections.

The range of Autel’s electronic controllers is divided in cyclical generators GC and ECOMATIC devices.

The cyclical generators GC have been designed for the continuous and sequential control and they allow the setting of pause and working times through graduated grips. This device can be supplied in different models which can control from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 96 electrovalves, so that they can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants.

Nevertheless Autel advices to use Ecomatic, planned for the intelligent piloting of the filtration plants, which allows a saving in terms of energetic consumption of the compressed-air in filters. These devices are able to pilot the electrovalves and they include a differential pressure gauge.

This latter allows the direct control of the obstruction degree of the filter and it allows the cleaning process only when and where it is necessary.

This intelligent device is able to identify automatically connected valves thus it can control without any setting only the outputs effectively used.

This device can be supplied in different models and it can control from a min. of 2 to a max. of 96 electrovalves, thus it can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants.

Autel produce several model of differential pressure gauges DPF that are all optimized for accuracy of reading in different working conditions. This is obtained thought temperature sensors that allow devices to perform a compensation of zero pressure reading in function of environment temperature, ensuring reliability and accuracy.

Furthermore Autel produce devices, also in portable version, for measuring pressure, flow, velocity of air. These devices are based on pitot pipe principle and allow to control amount of air going out from a filter plant chimney then to check their correct functioning.

Compressed air Header tanks for traditional valves and for high efficiency integrated valves that can be customized on clients needs. The commitment of Autel in producing header tanks is demonstrated by opening a new manufacturing plant unit with automated machinery that ensures a better quality, higher capacity and shorter delivery time.

Autel can produce certified header tanks of every dimensions both in carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring in this last case certified working temperature from -40°C to +100°C.

Header tanks are available with certification ASME U & UM (USA), PED (CE), EAC (Russia), Atex, TS (China) and others on demand.

Complete Range of high efficiency diaphragms pulse jet valves of 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”, 3 1/2”.

Autel Valves have been developed in order to optimize cleaning systems with quick opening and closing times that allow to obtain high peak of pressure inside filter elements with a moderate air consumption, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

All Autel Valves are available in pneumatic and electric version and in this last case Autel has an unique pilot model for the entire range. All valves are marked by an unique tag identifying production batch that allows a complete traceability of components.

Only two wires to control all plant valves. This is the concept that brings to develop “Low Wiring” solution fast and easy to cable.Serial Solutions are based on a bus communication that allows to control all valves from a single controller with two wires connection only.

This system allows to set up header tanks tested and cabled, ready to use for clients; Thus it allows to avoid high connecting costs, ensuring a great saving in term of installation time for final clients.
