Doubrava is a specialist for conveying systems that deliver a perfect flow of materials. Taking account both of our customers’ requirements and of the characteristics of the particular bulk material to be conveyed, we develop world-class stationary or semi-mobile conveying systems.

Since our company was founded, we have conveyed more than 2000 different bulk materials – giving us unique know-how in materials handling. Building on this know-how, our engineers establish the precise transportation parameters (using crushing tests, for example) for each new bulk material – for materials with grain sizes as low as 500 µ, if necessary. These analyses allow us to fine-tune individual components to create a system that is more efficient as a whole. The result: facilities with material flows that are ideal for their operating conditions.

Compact plants for dry building materials

Low investment costs for a production output of up to 15 tons per hour – Doubrava’s compact plants are ideally suited as an entry point into the production of dry building materials.

These plants are designed to be housed in an industrial shed; a movable model is also available. They can be fed with manually-batched materials, which results in a further reduction in setup costs; automatic batching can be added later. They can be used with different sizes of mixers from different producers, as required.

Horizontal plants for dry building materials

Doubrava’s horizontal plants combine production output of up to 80 tons per hour with a particularly compact, low design. They were developed especially for use in environments with limits on permissible overall building height.

The output of these plants is between 20 and 80 t/h. In line with customer requirements, a variety of different mixers can be used (different producers and mixer sizes, residue-free and connecting dischargers).

The later addition of silos for storing raw materials is unproblematic. The particularly compact horizontal design of the horizontal plants makes it necessary to transport raw materials to and fro, as a result of which horizontal plants require more clean-up effort than vertical-build plants do.

Tower plants for dry building materials

Doubrava’s tower plants are our most popular plants for dry building materials. This is due on the one hand to their high output rate of up to 100 tons per hour, and on the other hand to the ideal production conditions they create (low clean-up effort, no need intermediate transport of raw materials).

The production output of Doubrava’s tower plants equipped with one mixer is between 20 and 100 t/h. In line with customer requirements, a variety of different mixers can be used (different producers and mixer sizes, residue-free and connecting dischargers). Doubrava’s flexible modular design makes it possible to add a second mixer line at any time, which raises the output rate significantly.
