The transformation into the digital world is also unstoppable in mechanical process engineering. It is now a matter of establishing concepts and ideas that are practicable and provide real added value for customers. Zeppelin Systems is presenting a whole range of solutions at POWTECH that help customers to optimise production using data obtained during the process. Zeppelin's digitization strategy is based on several building blocks, including MIRAConnect, an app for the service technician and a platform for the service or production manager. MIRAControl for the automation of mechanical components and the PLANT.BOOK app, which gives an overview of the product portfolio and contains brochures, drawings and animations as well as detailed technical information, is available in the APP Store.
At Powtech we will also be presenting new hardware in the form of the new DFM rotary valve which will completely replace the A series by the end of 2020 and the new DVV dual-channel crossover which will completely replace the ZWV series by the end of 2019.
