Function

Continuous WAH Mixers operate on the principle of a mechanically generated fluid bed. Ploughshare or shovel-shaped mixing tools rotate close to the horizontal, cylindrical drum casing lifting the components to be mixed from the product bed into the open mixing area. The quality of the mixture is achieved before the product reaches the mixer outlet.

Continuous WAH Mixers are suitable for dry bulk solids (powders, granules, short fibres), dry bulk solids + liquids (moistening + granulating), sludge or low-viscosity pastes.

The MESC-type Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer (MESC-UM as conditioner with liquid injection) is among the most efficient yet economic mixer types when it comes to conditioning dust or inerting sludge.

MESC-type Twin Shaft Paddle Mixers (MESC-UM with liquid injection as conditioner) are equipped with two parallel counter-rotating, intermeshing paddle shafts. The adjustable angle of inclination of the mixing paddles allows perfect adaptation to different material characteristics and mixing process requirements.

In terms of function and economy, the DUSTFIX Dust Conditioner is the ideal machine for the evacuation, conditioning and disposal of dusts, basically in all industries. Due to its particular technical features, its innovative design and extremely short processing time, DUSTFIX enables dust-free discharging on open trucks or belt conveyors.

DUSTFIX consists of a carbon steel tubular housing with SINT engineering polymer liner, a combined feeder screw/mixing shaft, one vertical inlet and a SINT flush outlet, a liquid supply point in the conditioning section, and a drive unit with integrated shaft seal.

Function

The WBH Horizontal Single Shaft Batch Mixer is based on the principle of mechanical fluidisation of the product.

The particular shape, position and rotation speed of the mixing tools, creates a centrifugal vortex motion which allows the materials to be projected in a three-dimensional way and to merge with each other. This ensures that ingredients with different particle size and bulk density are perfectly blended and mixed with high precision within the shortest possible time.

 WBH Batch-type Mixers are used for mixing dry powders, granules or short fibres, for moistening, agglomerating or granulating the same materials, or for mixing liquids or low viscosity pastes.

MLH is a highly versatile, efficient yet affordable laboratory mixer. The Laboratory Batch Mixer consists of stand-alone drive unit with incorporated frequency inverter, an easily replaceable horizontal mixing shaft supported at the drive end only, and an easily replaceable, revolving mixing vessel complete with inlet/outlet, as well as an inspection door ensuring free access to all internal parts. Equipped with a variety of mixing tools, the machine produces high quality mixtures which are reproducible over time.
