CERAMIC IN PAPER INDUSTRY

We make all kind of ceramic cones (cleaners) for paper industry. Our ceramic segments are used for production all kind of de-watering foils and we make them from 95% and 99,7% Al₂O₃ and from composite Al₂O₃ + 8% ZrO₂ and Al₂O₃ + 2% CrO₂.

CERAMIC TOOLS FOR BRICK EXTRUDING

We produce all kind of tools for brick extruding. Cores and frames are made of high quality 95% Al2O3 ceramic. Steel basket (core holder) is hard chromed which gives to our tools very long life term. We could say that our tools have longer life term than any other tools available on market.For pneumatic and hydraulic transport of very abrasive materials we offer pipes and elbows with inside ceramic lining, made of 95% or 99,7% Al2O3 ceramic, which is resistant on high abrasions. These materials have longer life term than any other material that was available on market.

ELBOWS AND PIPES FOR PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT

For pneumatic and hydraulic transport of very abrasive materials we offer pipes and elbows with inside ceramic lining, made of 95% or 99,7% Al2O3 ceramic, which is resistant on high abrasions. These materials have longer life term than any other material that was available on market.

IGNITION ELECTRODES FOR GAS

We offer complete ignitions for gas or just isolators for electrodes. Ceramic electrodes are made of 95% or 99,7% Al₂O₃.

TUBES AND ISOLATORS

We produce all kind of ceramic tubes and isolators that are used in thermal industry (production of thermo-elements, heater holders and different isolators). Our materials for ceramic tubes and isolators are according to standard DIN VDE 0335 and types of material are: C 530, C 610, C 795 and C 799.
