Lift and tip stations

Lift and tip stations by HUMBERT & POL optimize procedures during manufacture.

Containers need to be lifted, lowered or tipped.

Lift stations distribute cases, stackable bins or pallets to various floors or lift them to the desired height.

Lowerator stations are used, for example, in operator friendly workplaces.

With tip stations almost all bulk products can be emptied from any style of container.

For a wide range of materials to be handled
Even extremely fragile products such as foodstuffs, chemicals or goods at temperature are handled in the gentlest way, maintaining their quality in our pendulum bucket elevators.

Our pendulum bucket elevators are characterised by maintenance-free, operator friendly technology as well as ease of access. These are as versatile as the demands of GMP practices require. We can design as many outlets and inlets as required.

Modular construction
The modular method of construction allows for a cost effective and an easy to modify installation as the user might require.

Optimum selection of materials of construction
Choice of materials of construction is determined by the material to be conveyed. The conveying chain can be in stainless steel, galvanised steel or specially hardened steel; rollers can be made of the same raw materials or of plastic.

Elevator Casing may be in painted mild steel or in stainless steel. Buckets have an overlapping edge on both sides which prevents the product from falling between them during filling. For the food industry, only materials suitable for foodstuffs are used, documented by factory certification. Depending on the product, stainless steel or aluminium buckets may be used, and PTFE coating is also available.

Innovative wash station(CIP)
HUMBERT & POL’s intelligent conveying equipment offers you the option of integrating an automatic bucket cleaning in place mechanism (also as retrofit). Automatically operated wash nozzles ensure perfect cleaning.

Application in explosion risk zones
In explosion risk zones HUMBERT & POL can supply pendulum bucket elevators in ATEX versions. Pendulum bucket elevators, tailor made for the process, to handle throughputs from 2 m3 to 100 m3. Ease of access for simple cleaning procedures and maintenance. Ideal for handling delicate products
