AFC Technology

Separation technology of AFC is exactly matched to permanent increasing requirement of food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. In order to optimal dust collection the plants are dimensioned in accordance with conditions and requirement of user.

Filter units are available in coated steel or stainless steel, also in a special version with a surface suitable for production rooms.

The AFC system is based on modular design and allows an optimal adaptation to the special factors and different air flows. This also could guarantee uninterrupted working of filter unit during service and maintenance if it is required.

Units would be furnished depending on needed OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit).

Due to experienced employees AFC offers maintenance for all HEPA filter units existing on the market.

Filter cartridges
Cleanable AFC HEPA filter cartridges are extremely durable and thus have a very long lifespan. So our filter cartridges offer excellent value for money.

We manufacture in Germany and to a high quality standard.

We supply filters for all common filter systems for suspended particles. Our earthed filters are suitable for application in apparatus category "1GD" (tested by IBExU Institut für Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, 09599 Freiberg).

Cleanable and non-cleanable AFC filter cartridges are available in different standard sizes (EN 1822 tested), special filters on request.

Our valuable commissioning and labelling system saves you valuable time during inspections. Rugged packaging minimises the danger of transport damage when we ship the filters to you.
