With the HETbasicD, we have developed a standard version suspended-particle filter system that meets the most common customer requirements. These systems offer very good basic features, and can be adapted to customer requirements with further options. Standard documents including drawings and circuit diagrams are readily available, ensuring swift project handling. With the modular design, your filter system can consist of up to 5 HETBasicD modules and handle volume flow rates to 7.200 m³/h.

Our HETbasicD convinces with delivery periods of 6 weeks and prices from 16.600 EUR in the basic version.

In the base version, the HETbasicD features:

•     Double-stage HEPA filtration and designs with primary filter (operating filter) and secondary filter (safety filter)
•     Compliance with safety requirements to containment level OEB 3
•     Application in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX product guideline 2014/34/ EU
•     Welded steel (S235JR+AR) systems, conductive and safe against pressure blasts, powder-coated (RAL 7035)
•     Non-dust-contact protection-bag replacement using the filter safe-change-system
•     Dedusting of the primary filter
•     Testing device for checking of tight seating of the safety filter stage
•     Tried-and-tested HET Cs100 pcb control system
•     Low-contamination Liner100 dust discharge system with 20 liter capacity
•     Modular design

The HETcompact is our mobile mini deduster solution. It meets all basic characteristics required for applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry (e.g. in cleanrooms). Applications are possible for toxic and respirable dusts. The filtered clean gas is led back into the room air. Filter changing takes place with our safe-change-system, eliminating dust contact.
HETcompact applications are of course possible beyond the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Our HETcompact offers the following features:

HETdynamic is the right suspended-particle filter systems for dust concentrations beyond 5 mg/m³. The interior suspended-particle filter cell regenerates itself automatically when the dust load is too high. This increases the service life of the filter cell and considerably reduces the maintenance and filter-changing intervals. As an alternative, the filter system regenerates itself after the extraction process has been carried out; this allows for the same volume flow rate to be cleaned with significantly less filter surface.

In continuous operation, the system can be operated 24 hours daily at 7 days per week on 365 days per year.

Extreme high filter-technology requirements apply particularly in the area of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Here, it is important to protect the working environment against hazardous dusts not only during running operation, but also to keep up the protection during maintenance and repair work (such as during a filter change).

To ensure the protection of people and products, we are also on the cutting edge of technology in terms of containment.
Our containment technology

Our HETdynamic filter system, equipped with the WIP (Wash-in-place) and Rabs (Restricted-Access-Barrier-System) features, provides high protection at very low workplace concentration. It was specifically developed for the application of highly-effective products and is safe against explosion-pressure blasts. For this - as with all of our systems - additional pressure relief is not required.

With the WIP and Rabs features, our HETdynamic filter system is usable in the OEB 5 category, providing a maximum workplace pollution of <1µg /m³.

The HETdynamic with the WIP and Rabs features, provides maximum containment:

•     Wash-in-place system
•     Rabs (glovebox)
•     Safety requirements OEB5
•     Non-dust-contact protection-bag replacement using the safe-change-system for filter and dust discharge
•     Clean-gas values to 0.001 mg/m³ can be reached

For modest dust concentrations below 5 mg/m³, our HETstatic suspended-particle filter systems are an excellent choice. Low dust loads cause the filter to clog slowly. Regular replacement of the filter is sufficient for reliable cleaning of the exhaust air from dust particles.
