comprises products around the topic of functionally safe stirring and agitating. The products merge the three most important characteristics of a carefree stirring and agitating process: energy efficiency, functional EX-safety and a homogeneous agitating quality.
The product range was designed to facilitate the sensitive handling of stirring and agitating technology in hazardous areas and make it worry-free. The products are ATEX-certified by TÜV Süd. They are applicable in different sensitive environments up to laboratory environments.
The customer can decide whether to take one of the uncomplicated agitator systems eco-Mix for ATEX zone 1. He gets complete solutions with drive and connection block, bearing flange, drive shaft and stirrer element. The individual agitators my-eco can be assembled via an easy modular system. Of course, PTM mechatronics GmbH offers a professional customer service for all customized requirements.
All agitators can finally be mounted to open or closed containers from 30 liters up to 1000 liters IBC containers by means of the eco-Traverses – easily with two clicks.
In accordance with the company policy, the eco-Series is extremely economical due to the radial piston principle, on which the drive is based, and saves energy as well as costs; up to 90% compared to other drive technologies.
