Gross bagging weigher for poorly flowing products such as cement, flour, milk powder, spices, chemicals. This machine type VBSW is used for many different applications and depending on the products to be filled, can be equipped with different dosing systems, e.g. auger dosing system, vibrator dosing chute or tube, belt dosing, swivel valve, rotary valve.

Having different filling spouts and bag chairs, the VBSW is also suitable for filling of buckets or boxes.

By combining the machine with closing units (i.e. sewing machine with folding, bag turning unit or bag lifting device) and transport equipment this gross weigher can be extended.

From a manufacturer of weighers to an international company

History

The company was founded in 1924 by Michael Siegburg. His aim was to construct a perfect weigher. With nearly 50 patents for self-actuating weighers, bag clamps and filling machines VOLLENDA has become known worldwide.

In 1953 the product range was extended by bag-closing machines. This technique has been represented by „VVT Verschliesstechnik GmbH” since then.

By taking-over CE-GE in 1985 the product range was extended by liquid-filling machines.

In 1983 brothers Florian and Frieder Pfister took over the company’s leadership as managing directors.

They managed to reinforce the reputation on a steadily growing internatonal market. In December 1998 VOLLENDA moved to the new company site in Kaltenberg, Ammersee region, about 40 km from the former site in Munich, and laid the foundation for further growth.

Today

Due to the companies’ combined know-how nearly all challenges in the field of packing and filling can be mastered.

VOLLENDA-Werk GmbH specialises in weighing and filling systems for bulk goods. According to the slogan „reliable –accurate at centigrams – as fast as possible “ VOLLENDA-Werk GmbH offers volumetric and gravimetric dosing systems for nearly all industrial fields, among others for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. VOLLENDA-Werk GmbH sees its power in developing custom-made systems and tailor-made solutions as per customers’ demand.

Standard machines, such as VOLLENDA net weighers, find a ready market in the milling, agriculture and food industry.

VCG Flüssigkeitsfüllmaschinen GmbH was integrated into VOLLENDA-Werk GmbH in 2013. It focuses on the construction and production of filling systems for all kinds of liquids.

VOLLENDA Verschliesstechnik GmbH (VVT) is an affiliate which specialises in closing and labelling systems.

Due to the modular design all VOLLENDA systems can be extended and replenished at a later date. This is definitely good when acting quickly and with fair prices to the requirements of the customers and to the changes of the market.

As a leading producer of weighers, filling systems and packing machines in Germany, VOLLENDA today has highly-qualified personnel who do their very best to find the most suitable solution for our customers. Special-educated fitters install and commission Vollenda-systems around the world and are available for customer’s after-sales service.
